I was so impressed with Williams professionalism from the outset and in particular I wanted to utilise the services of an owner operated business. Communication was excellent and he was extremely respectful and careful in the handling of my mothers furniture especially the china cabinet of her mothers which is almost a century old. Nothing seemed too much trouble. Would I use his services again, absolutely.

This review is a little overdue but, as they say better late than never. When we were planning our move we looked for a local business to assist and from the first moment I got in touch with William I felt comfortable of working with him (and we have done quite a few moves in our life). Throughout the process William was flexible and supportive. Everything was well packed and nothing was damaged. The actual move was executed very efficiently and throughout the process he kept us informed where they were at. After the move he also assisted with all those bits and pieces (and there was quite a bit) that had to go to the tip. We can’t recommend William (who is a very pleasant, polite and respectful person) and his crew enough and will certainly use his services again if the need arises. Ron & Gineke
Called Storage King, French's Forest for a recommendation. Suggested this guy. Organised that day, for the following day. I was late, a bit unorganised. He was brilliant. I explained why I had 2 storage units and said I'm trying to find the Christmas Tree and decorations. DONE! He also said, 2 boxes that said Bsby Clothes. Ahhh, thankyou. A very lovely man. Will be my future Removalist.

William was courteous, provided updates on arrival time, and had excellent spatial awareness - navigating bulky furniture through narrow passageways. He also got the job done within a tight timeframe (delivery site had a tight time window) which was appreciated by all stakeholders. He also provided easy, clear ways to pay once the job was done (efficiently, and professionally). Highly recommended.
